** Dr. Muran encourages you to bring a companion with you to participate in the program. Your companion will receive the same medical and nutritional evaluation at a significant discount. This is a great help to both of you to implement the program when you return home.

Reservations

Call 1-888-315-4777 to schedule your appointments with Longevity Healthcare. A $500 deposit is required to secure your reservations. An additional $500 is required for companion reservations. Directly contact Sycamore Springs Resort to make your reservations for your accommodations.

Cancellations

Any cancellation or program change made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date will be charged a fee of $250 per patient. With less than a 48 hour notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Private Insurance

If you have private health insurance we will be happy to provide you with an itemized statement that you can submit to your carrier. Reimbursement to you is subject to your particular plan for an out of network provider.
